Description:

GlobalLogic is hiring a Data Analyst to join its Data Management, Processing & Analytics group in Hyderabad. This position functions as a blended Senior Individual Contributor and Team Lead, responsible for steering data validation, pipeline automation, and business intelligence reporting across high-tech, media, and telecom client portfolios. You will manipulate large-scale datasets, build predictive or historic performance dashboards, and lead a small squad of data analysts. The role serves as a primary technical point of contact for international business stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to operations delivery SLAs and automating repetitive manual data streams using advanced scripting frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional hands-on experience operating within a data analytics, business intelligence engineering, or Global Capability Center environment.
• Strong, proven expertise writing production-grade SQL code, with high command over table joins, nested subqueries, conditional logic, and window performance functions.
• Working development knowledge of Python applied toward building data processing macros, scraping file formats, and automating repetitive data extraction pipelines.
• Strong development experience designing, deploying, and maintaining interactive dashboard views across standard BI toolsets (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Expert proficiency handling advanced spreadsheet configurations in Google Sheets alongside a solid track record running database-to-dashboard reconciliations, data validation loops, and root-cause analyses on data anomalies.
• Direct capability to lead and mentor a localized team of analysts—governing task allocations, running code and deliverable reviews, monitoring quality standards, and administering coaching or escalation resolutions.
• Ability to own end-to-end reporting deliveries, manage competitive daily/weekly Service Level Agreements (SLAs), gather complex requirement change requests, and draft clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication patterns, robust problem-solving instincts, and the structural capacity to guide cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.
